I was disappointed with my visit today. I had to return twice. The person that inspected my cabin filter found loose debris on it, took a picture, and instead of shaking it out, they put it right back in with the debris. Some of it then got stuck in the fan so I had to go back due to the loud noise it started making. Then, only about two miles after I left, the tire sensor came on, so I had to go back for a 3rd time. I would think if you are rotating tires you would insure they are properly inflated. Lastly, I had an alignment done by them on July 3. Today September 2, they recommended an alignment. I haven't hit any major pot holes and I don't go off road. Not sure I will trust them again.

I called to see if I could get tires same day, I was told they had time and my car was seen right away. I was in and out in less than 1 hrs with two new tires and an alignment. The service was fast. Manny was friendly and went over everything with me thoroughly. I would recommend this shop in national city, ca any day.

Mario truly understands the essence of customer service. From the moment I walked into the store, his friendliness and professionalism were exactly what you need to brighten your day. He did an exceptional job, as did the other manager on duty. The service did take over three hours, but I didn’t see that as a negative. I was able to comfortably sit, study on my computer, and use their Wi-Fi while I waited. The longer wait was understandable since I did not book an appointment in advance. Overall, the professionalism here is top-tier. Customers are treated with respect and dignity. Firestone will not be receiving another penny from me. From now on, I will be taking my business to Evans instead.

Fantastic Customer Service! ​I had a wonderful experience at Evans Tire in National City. The staff went above and beyond to double-check an issue with my tires, treating me with the utmost kindness and professionalism from the moment I walked in. ​Their customer service was top-notch—courteous, attentive, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to address my concerns thoroughly, yet I was still in and out of the shop in less than 40 minutes. I highly recommend them for their stellar service and quick turnaround!
